Real Estate Acquisition/Sale

Many dentists acquire the building in which they will run their dental practice. Often times this will be a free standing building, sometimes a commercial condominium, and other times the dental suite will be part of a larger building housing other professionals. Our services on behalf of our clients include preparing the initial offer, drafting the purchase agreement, coordinating with escrow and title, and seeing that the sale goes through. Most of the time these services are provided in connection with the purchase or sale of a dental practice, while some of the time the client will buy the real estate and build out their dental office.
